MAKE SURE THE DISPATCH ARRIVES.

// Dispatches from Beijing have a way of ending up in spam.

Gmail

  1. Open the first dispatch in your inbox (or Promotions tab).
  2. Click the three-dot menu and select 'Filter messages like these'.
  3. Click 'Create filter' and check 'Never send to Spam' and 'Always mark as important'.
  4. Drag any dispatch from Promotions into Primary if needed.

Outlook

  1. Right-click the dispatch in your inbox.
  2. Choose 'Junk' → 'Never Block Sender'.
  3. Then 'Junk' → 'Never Block Sender's Domain (@beijingread.com)'.
  4. Add hello@beijingread.com to your Safe Senders list.

Apple Mail

  1. Open a dispatch from The Beijing Read.
  2. Click the sender's name at the top of the email.
  3. Select 'Add to Contacts' or 'Add to VIPs'.
  4. Future dispatches will route to your inbox.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open the dispatch.
  2. Hover over the sender name and click 'Add to contacts'.
  3. Save the contact.
  4. Move any message from Spam to Inbox to train the filter.
